After an impressive road win in the opening round, Nissa again played visitors this time to heavyweights Perigueux.
Powell started at Centre and his side was down 3-16 at halftime before coming back strong in the 2nd half with 2 tries.
They couldn’t get the job done however, losing 15-19.
