Provence suffered their 3rd loss of the season, scoring only 1 try in their heavy loss to Vannes. It was the perfect opportunity for the visitors to test themselves against one of the competition heavyweights given they themselves are considered to challenge for the title.

Vannes were far too strong, winning 40-7.

Setareki Bituniyata came into the game on the back of a 5 star effort against Biarritz but like the rest of his side, were frustrated with a brick wall defence.

He topped the carries in the game with 11 and also beat the most defenders with 5 but turned the ball over twice. He finished the game on the sideline due to a 75th minute yellow card.
