A powerful ball carrier blessed with blinding speed. Habosi burst onto the scene in 2022 with the Fijian Drua and has since grown into one of Fiji’s leading Wingers.
Vinaya Habosi scored the match winning try for Racing 92 in their win over Montpellier. Originally named at Centre, he was forced to the wing from the 8th minute when winger and Skipper Max Spring left the field.
Josua Tuisova threw the final pass for Habosi who powered through 3 defenders for the score in the 76th minute. His try was the difference in the end (32-25). It’s also his 3rd try in as many games.
Racing 92 travelled to Castres on the back of 3 straight wins and a wave of momentum. They led for the majority of the game and even had a 10 point lead in the 2nd half only to squander it at the backend and lose in the 81st 20-16.
Vinaya Habosi started at Centre and in the 48th minute scored a superb try after chasing through on midfield chip-kick, regathering and outpacing the fullback on a 40 metre run.

Vinaya Habosi got his tryscoring underway for the season, scoring in the 37th minute of Racing’s win over Perpignan.
It was a mixed performance overall from the Nadroga native. A modest 23 metre haul from 4 carries with 7 tackles defensively and 2 penalties conceded.

Racing 92's 3 game win streak came to an end in an 81 minute thriller at Castres.
They squandered a 10 point lead in the 2nd half through their own errors and let Castres back into the match and score the winning try with the clock in the red at the end of the game.
Vinaya Habosi started at Centre and after 5 penalty kicks between the 2 sides, he scored the first try of the match 8 minutes into the 2nd half. On the fly he regathered the ball and had too much speed for the fullback and cover defence, scoring a great solo try.

Vinaya Habosi scored his 3rd try in his last 3 games, this time against the high flying Montpellier side 32-25.
Although named at Centre, he played the majority of the game on the win as injuries forced a reshuffle by Racing.
He showed great strength to carry 3 defenders over the tryline and score the decisive try in the 76th minute, the final pass coming from Josua Tuisova.
Racing move up into 5th position following the win, a road trip to Toulon next up.
Racing 92 are 2 from 3 after defeating Perpignan in a heated, tense match 28-15.
The match featured several Fijians including Vinaya Habosi who moved back to the wing and scored his first try of the season in the 37th minute.
Peceli Yato was one of the best on the night topping the metres and carries in the game.
Racing move up a couple of spots into the top 6 while USAP drop down to 13th on the ladder.
After a disappointing loss to start their season, Racing bounced back with a big win and a big scalp too, taking down defending champions Bordeaux 44-32 despite receiving 2 red cards and a yellow throughout the match.
Nathan Hughes started at Number 8 again and like his debut, was impressive and heavily involved.
He scored yet another 5 pointer off the back of a rolling maul near the Bordeaux line.
Also impressive early was Wame Naituvi who made 2 linebreaks, a try assist and the most metres for his side with 65 despite his night ending after 20 minutes. He was replaced by Josua Tuisova who played the remainder of the game.
Lekima Tagitagivalu came off the bench in the 2nd half while Vinaya Habosi who was also solid started at Centre but moved to the wing when Tuisova entered.
