Jone Koroiduadua started at Prop for New England in the MLR final against the Sabercats.
The Freejacks won the game 28-22 and their third consecutive title. It is Koroiduadua’s first MLR ring and caps off a successful season after leaving the Fijian Drua.
Koroiduadua started at Tighthead Prop in his first Eastern Conference Championship game. The defending champions found themselves behind 14-0 at halftime but a second half fightback and a classic finish saw them take a 1 point lead in the 78th minute.
The former Fijian Drua Prop will likely start in the MLR final next weekend, which will be his first.
Jone Koroiduadua started at Prop for New England in their Eastern Conference Semi Final against Miami. They won the match comfortably 32-10 and will now host Chicago in the Eastern Conference Final.
Jone Koroiduadua scored his first MLR try and also his first 5 pointer for the Freejacks. The former Fijian Drua Prop powered over from close range in a pick-and-go play.
The Freejacks managed to get the win over Seattle in a high-scoring affair 37-30.
