Bayonne’s record breaking season came to an end, losing 25-32 to Toulouse. They kicked 5 first half penalties but probably would like to have maintained the pressure in hindsight.

Maqala started at Centre, created one of their 2 linebreaks in the match but overall couldn’t break through the stingy Toulouse defence. He finishes the season with 11 tries from 20 matches and a likely contender for Centre of the year.
