Timoci Tavatavanawai made his official All-Blacks debut last night against France. He came off the bench in the 28th minute as a temporal replacement for Jordy Barrett who left the field for a head injury assessment. Tavatavanawai would come back on in the 64th minute and finish the game.
The All-Blacks won the game 43-17 and clinched the series with a game to spare.
Timoci Tavatavanawai has been selected in the All-Blacks team to face France in the 2nd test of their 3 match series. He has been named on the bench and will officially make his International debut when he takes the field.
The 27 year old left Fiji at the age of 16 to pursue his rugby dreams and has turned down approaches to play for his homeland in the hope of securing a prestigious New Zealand jersey.
