Shipping and Refunds

Thank you for shopping with Rakaviti. Following are the terms that constitute our shipping, returns and refunds policies.

do we ship internationally?

Any and all items purchased from Rakaviti.com is available for international shipping unless stated otherwise in the product listing. Countries we ship to include Fiji, Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK and Europe. 

shipping times

All items are put into production AFTER the purchase is completed. Rakaviti shipping times generally range from 2-4 weeks. Please contact support@rakaviti.com if your have any issues.

peak periods

Peak periods including Christmas, Easter and Chinese New Year will effect shipping times. Please avoid the rush and purchase well in advance to avoid any late deliveries.

tracking numbers

All our orders have tracking numbers and are sent to the email address you provided at checkout. 

Until the item is processed, your tracking number may not be available.

Tracking numbers will be made availble between 2-7 business days.

Tracking numbers generally take 24-72 hours to register on logistics websites.

where do we ship from?

Rakaviti (RKVT) is in partnership with suppliers in the USA, China, Mexico, Europe and Australia.

will my package be split?

Different items may have different suppliers. In this instance your package will be split. Some orders from the same supplier will also be split depending on weight and packaging restrictions and guidelines. 

customs, tax & duties

Rakaviti is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All
fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

returns

Rakaviti does NOT accept returns. If the item is damaged or broken upon delivery, we will resend your item at no extra charge or offer a total refund including shipping costs. In any case please contact us at support@rakaviti.com help.
