Hulking Northland prop Kaliopasi Uluilakepa is known for his power, strength and being a dominant force on the field. He has the ability to play both loose and tight head in the scrum.

The former Marist Brothers Under 18, Fiji Under 18 and New Zealand Under 20’s representative is one of the best young prospects available to Flying Fijians coach Vern Cotter.

He was born in Tonga with family ties in Fulaga, Lau where his dad hails from and also has Samoan heritage.

At only 21 he has already played three seasons in the NPC/Mitre 10 Cup with Wellington, has battled and had to overcome personal struggles and is on his way to fulfilling his enormous potential.

Now with Northland in 2021 he has a try to his name after two matches and looks fitter than ever.
