2020 NRL Premiership Squad – Storm
Former NSW under 20’s rep Isaac Lumelume is known for his speed, agility and aggression. Not afraid to take the tough carries and plays with a lot of confidence.
He was part of the record breaking Cronulla Sharks NYC outfit of 2017.
Embed from Getty ImagesIn 2019 he made his international debut in Fiji’s win against Lebanon. Later that year he was part of the Fiji Bati 9’s side and scored a try in his second test against Samoa two weeks later.
His first grade debut came in round 16 of the 2020 season for the Melbourne Storm against Manly. In 2021 Lumelume played the last two matches of the season, helping the powerhouse club clinch the minor premiership.
With injuries to the Storm’s wingers, Lumelume could find himself at the end of their backline in week 1 of the finals.
His family hail from Waya, Yasawa and his Koro ni Vasu is Nadivakarua, Kubulau in Bua.
